Fanzyflaminfro 5 Tips “Sleep, Transitioning, Sore Throat, Conditioning, Itchy Scalp!!!!”

Life and What Matters, Natural Hair Care
Transitioning?! 1st Know Your Hair, Then You’ll Know How!
There are several considerations when analyzing hair; you have to look at the Texture, Density, Wave Pattern, Elasticity, and Porosity.  Each of these elements is combined to give us endless variety in hair types and you need to know yours.   One thing to remember is that analyzing the hair is a matter of comparison, and the best way to learn how to recognize the difference in these elements is to view a sampling of yo…ur hair.
If you pay attention and follow my recommendations below you can compare and judge for yourself if you have fine, thick, straight hair with good elasticity and low porosity, or maybe coarse, thin, curly hair with high porosity and low elasticity, or something in between.  So pay attention and check it out!

Need a Natural Hair Recipe to control and/or relieve itchy scalp while wearing braids, locs and protective styles?
Well, this recipe is great for getting control and/or relief from that itchy, flaky, dry scalp feeling between washes.  1.Get a spray bottle 2.Get some Jojoba Oil “2 tables spoons”- Jojoba is the only oil whose molecular structure is similar to sebum (the oil that the scalp naturally produces) Jojoba Oil hydrates your hair, adds shine, elasticity and softness… to hair; soothes the scalp, penetrate the hair follicle and strengthen hair fibers from the inside, and it also adds volume and body to hair strands thereby giving an appearance of thickness! 3.Get some Aloe Vera Juice “table spoon” – Aloe Vera Juice can be regarded as an all-in-one solution for hair problems such as dandruff, dryness, etc.  Aloe Vera Juice moisturizes hair, prevents hair loss, prevents oily hair, reduces dandruff, and helps to maintain the pH level of the hair and scalp. 4.Get some Rosemary Oil “3-4 drops”- Rosemary Oil is a holistic treatment that could be effective in stimulating hair growth and it increases circulation of the scalp and the smell is invigorating and can be used as aroma therapy.  5.And of course don’t forget to get some Water “¾ ways full”- Water is the world’s best beauty elixir and is the center of it all. Once you have all your products mix them together and spritz as needed!  Your scalp will thank you by saying AHHHHHH!

Fanzyflaminfro Tip of the day!  “How to cure a Sore Throat”
Okay Goddesses so I have been really sick for over a week and finally went to the Dr. on Monday “I know, I know, I know” I thought I could cure myself by myself! Home Remedy Style! Well since I’ve been trying to cure myself by myself, I’ve been trying all these home remedies………….  Well one remedy I tried worked like a charm and I’m going to share it with you today.  So for all of you who may be fighting wit…h a sore, itchy, scratchy throat and need something to sooth it but don’t want to use a throat lozenge because, “yes it may sooth your throat but it’s going to cause a lot of built up drainage and mucous at the same time” try mixing pure lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and warm water all together; then gargle with it.  Gargle 2-3 times in the morning, afternoon and before you go to bed, I guarantee your throat will feel better.    The acidity of the vinegar and the lemon juice will kill the bacteria on contact that causes the sore throat. Goddesses, it not tasty at all but it saved my life!
